Our staff speak Japanese. English is not always available in person, but we can still help you:

• Send photos of your device on LINE and we will reply — a translation app works well for this.
• Show this page to our staff when you arrive.
• Model names (iPhone 14, Galaxy S24 …) are enough for us to understand the repair.

Normal repairs do not erase your data. Depending on the condition of the device we cannot guarantee it, so please back up beforehand if you can.

If the same fault appears again on the part we repaired, we fix it free of charge. The warranty period depends on the repair. Damage from a new drop, water, or self-disassembly is not covered.
